Asher is a dynamic lawyer practicing civil, commercial and constitutional litigation in Toronto and across Ontario. Asher is representing MPP Randy Hillier in his challenge to Ontario’s Election Finances Act. Mr. Hillier is challenging the Act on the basis that it discriminates against independent (non-party affiliated) candidates. The application will likely be heard by the end of 2020.
